In December 2020 we were proudly recognised for excellence in the new homes sector – specifically for our collection of new luxury bungalows in Coggeshall, Essex – Doubleday Gardens. We were honoured by the United Kingdom Property Awards for this well-planned project after competing against some of the best property developers across the region – to be recognised as winner in the Best Residential Development Category.

For nearly 30 years the awards have celebrated the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all areas of the property industry – and winning an award is widely-renowned as a true mark of excellence.

The awards are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts; judging on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.
